King MS Student Clubs
All King MS Clubs meet during lunch time, and are open to all students. Teachers volunteer their time to sponsor / supervise activities, but clubs are student-created and student-run.
Mondays:
•Ambassadors for Peace: Join other students who want to work on projects that foster a safe and peaceful atmosphere on campus. (Room 331)
•Chess Club: Come develop your chess skills and play against other enthusiasts. All skill levels welcome. (Room 203)
Tuesdays:
•Extra-Terrestrialites Club: A club that analyzes and explores the possibility of life outside of planet earth. (Room 206)
•Games Galore: Uno, Othello, Perfection, Scrabble, Battleship, Checkers, Old Maid and more. Challenge yourself and others every Tuesday during Lunch. All are welcome. (Room 249)
•Writers’ Club: Come join a community of literary thinkers and express your personal vision. (Room 203)
Wednesdays:
•Anime Club: A club that watches different Anime cartoons from different parts of the world. (Room 206)
•Beautification Club: We will be cleaning up the trash around campus, watering the plants and trees and doing beautification projects. (Room 153)
•Ceramics Club: We will make clay pottery & sculptures. (Room 316)
•Chess Club: Come develop your chess skills and play against other enthusiasts. All skill levels welcome. (Room 203)
•College and Career Club: Come learn about the exciting world of college – what it is and how to prepare. Join us on a college field trip! (Room 147)
•Gay / Straight Alliance (GSA): The King GSA works towards creating a safe and bully-free school for all students and is committed to ending all forms of homophobia and discrimination at King. (Room 324)
Thursdays:
•Ceramics Club: We will make clay pottery & sculptures. (Room 316)
•Specter Seekers: A club that views information about paranormal events and discusses the claims of hauntings and ghost sightings. (Room 206)
•Writers’ Club: Come join a community of literary thinkers and express your personal vision. (Room 203)
•Yoga Club: We practice simple breathing techniques, asanas (postures) and relaxation. (Girls’ Gym)

•Techno-Gamers: A club that discusses and learns about new technologies and upcoming video game releases. (Room 206)
