For the 2009-2010 school year, King MS is pleased to welcome several new staff members!
Joining us from Irving Middle School, we welcome Assistant Principal Rafael Ramirez. Mr. Ramirez will be located in the Main Office, and can be reached at 323-644-6700.
Our new Magnet Coordinator, Carlos Hernandez, joins us from Ivanhoe Elementary, where he served as both Technology Coordinator and Bilingual Coordinator. Mr. Hernandez may be reached in the Magnet Office at 323-644-6754.
Also from Ivanhoe, we welcome Miriam Joesph, our new School Administrative Assistant. Ms. Joseph will be supervising all office staff, and serve as the Executive Assistant to the principal, Dr. Murphy. Ms. Joseph may be reached at 323-644-6712.
Finally, we welcome Claudia Castaneda from Jefferson High School, and Miriam Pasternak from Patrick Henry Middle School, who will be teaching 7th and 8th grade English and ESL.
